Our Company
Founded in 1980 by President Jim Sidiropoulos, Delphi Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has grown into a name brand in New York’s construction industry. Incorporated in 1983, Jim built Delphi with the discipline of a Licensed Master Plumber and Fire Suppression Contractor, earning trust through quality work and adherence to the highest professional standards. His leadership and active membership in organizations such as ASSE, ASPE, ASHRAE, ASME, and NFPA reflect Delphi’s long-standing commitment to excellence in the field.
In 2020, Jim’s son Dimitri Sidiropoulos joined the executive team as Vice President, carrying forward Delphi’s legacy while shaping its future. Also a Licensed Master Plumber and Licensed Construction Superintendent, Dimitri represents the next generation of leadership—focused on scaling capacity while staying true to Delphi’s core values.
